We are all about HEALTHY movement and a healthy lifestyle. But what do we exactly mean by this ? Well I think we all want to GROW old in a healthy way. Be flexible, fit, with a strong body & mind and preferrably WITHOUT injuries. If we do have injuries we often want to learn how to find some relief or how you can stil move or train functional in the best possible way.
That’s why I want to give some tips, share video’s and interesting articles and recipiënt you can use for a healthy lifestyle and a fun practice.
My background is in yoga, personal – functional training and pilates. Currently I’m also studying physiotherapy. I’ll share with you what I’ve experienced or find interesting concerning a healthy training practice / lifestyle.
